We deliver within Australia.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel, email info@milalane.co with your order number as soon as possible. After 1 hour, your order enters processing and a voluntary cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law, including where dispatch is delayed. Once it has been delivered, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 4 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is $11. Orders of $100 or more ship free. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched. You can also find your order on our Track Your Order page.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
Email info@milalane.co or use our contact page with your order number and we will help. We reply within 24 hours.
