Where we deliver
We deliver within Australia.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is $9.95. Orders of $150 or more ship free. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Tracking
We email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at milalane.co/pages/track-order.

Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
Email info@milalane.co with your order number and we will help. We reply within 24 hours.
